NAHP Group Process and Procedures

Step 1:  Identify potential group prospects

Step 2:  Obtain census (all information must be completed)

Step 3:  Submit the PALIC List Bill Acceptance Form and the PALIC List Bill Transmittal Form to sales@lifeplansllc.com

Step 4:  Receive PALIC Group List Bill # (5+ lives only) and MEC Group Proposal (10+ lives only)

Step 5: Develop individual, customized employee and family plans

Step 6: North American Health Plans plan proposal and rates to employer

Step 7:  Conduct enrollment meetings

Step 8:  Enroll members (MEC enrollment is done for you based upon the census) and set up Payroll deduct
