Medicare Supplements

A Medicare Supplement (“Medigap” plan) provides coverage for in-patient hospital, out-patient surgical, skilled nursing, doctor visits, x-ray labs, and much more. Depending on the plan you choose, it can help pay some or all of the deductibles, copays, and coinsurance that Original Medicare does not.

Prescription Drug Coverage (Part D)

Prescription drugs are the fastest-growing cost in health care. Prescription Drug plans provide you with unparalleled control to customize coverage that’s right for you.

Short Term Care

Medicare does not pay for “Observation Days.” Nor does it cover the follow-up nursing care — unless confined as an inpatient for at least three days. In addition, Medicare provides no coverage for Long Term Care. Short Term Care is a simple, affordable solution to cover these gaps in your Medicare plan.

Cancer / Heart / Stroke

Thanks to medical advances, more people are surviving catastrophic medical issues such as cancer, heart attack, and stroke. Unfortunately, it places a tremendous financial strain on the family.

Cancer/Heart/Stroke (CHS) coverage protects your financial security and provides benefits for things like deductibles, prescriptions, rehabilitation, treatments not covered by existing insurance, your bills, your expenses, and lost wages. Lump-sum benefit levels range from $1,000 to $50,000.

Accident

Accidents are the leading cause of trips to the emergency room for seniors. After an accident, medical costs can add up fast and Medicare does not always provide enough money to help pay the bills.

An Accident Expense policy can help you pay medical bills if you’re injured in an accident. These bills could include Ambulance Transportation; Emergency Care Services; Tests and X-rays; Surgery; Major Diagnostic Exams; Follow-Up Care Services; Durable Medical Equipment; Prosthetic Devices; and Rehabilitative Therapy.

Dental / Vision / Hearing

Taking care of your mouth, eyes, and ears plays a major role in your overall health. That’s what makes dental, vision, and hearing coverage so important. However, since this coverage under Original Medicare and Medicare Supplements is limited, we offer extra plans to help you cover your costs and encourage you to stay on top of your healthcare needs.
